What is the best way to do the neighborhood research without actually visiting the area? I am thinking of moving to Durham, NC area but now I live in NJ. |

Hi, Yahoo has a good neighborhood research area http://realestate.yahoo.com/re/neighborhood/search.html?sa=&csz=Durham%2C+NC Here is the City of Durham, NC website http://www.ci.durham.nc.us/ The News Observer (local newspaper) http://www.newsobserver.com/ Durham Public School Reports http://www.homes101.net/north-carolina-schools/durham-public-schools-d11338/ Duke University http://www.duke.edu/ Child Care and other School information http://www.raleighrealestate.com/schools/school.htm Private Schools (website also has library, golf, sports and other information) http://www.raleighrealestate.com/schools/privdur.htm The Main Durham Public School website http://www.dpsnc.net/ That should cover just about anything you are looking for, if you don't find something just let me know and I'll try to find it for you. thanks, webadept-ga | |
