surroundings:

Go to (http://www.maponweb.com/no-en/start.html).
Under "Search Type," select "Search City."
Under "County," select "Troms."
Type "skjer" in the "City" box, click the "Begins with" button, and
click "Search."
A box will pop up; click "Show Map."
When the map appears, click the plus sign twice.

If you need something more detailed, Travel Genie sells 1:50,000 scale
maps of Norway. They come from Norway, so I can't tell you if the
legend has an English translation. But the name of the little

official Norwegian Survey maps at

Enter "Hakstein" (capitalization is significant) in the "Søk etter"
field and click the "Start søk" button.  Then souble click the
"Hakstein" line in the results ("søkjeresultat") table.  This will
give you a map that is of the same quality as the printed M711 series
maps that mwalcoff-ga already has suggested.
