Prost, Just do a search for cleanwine and you'll get lots of info. Seems to be an Australian "invention" - wine in "cleanskin" bottles, no labels, no overhead for marketing a name brand. That is as far as I read, but I suspect that the international success of Australian wines may have led to overproduction, which does not have to mean that the quality is poorer, though of course, with no label and no way to make your own "black list" of something you want to avoid in the future, that can be a possibility.
