Hi,

I am looking for soothing looping music track with repeating period
about 10-15 secs especially for harp.  It will be used in website as
background music and preferrably not large music track.

Please provide samples OR websites for free or inexpensive download.

www.winamp.com or any audio editor.

Depending on your budget, Sony (loops for "ACID") might have a decent
set of harp loops to choose from.  Getting them web-ready can be done
by any recording studio or mastering engineer.  I might suggest:
