where do I enter health symptons to find condition or diagnoses?

I want to find a site (or 2+) that I can enter "sweating, tremors",
etc.. and see what possible diagnoses come up.  Going to doctor next
week, but have burning desire to know sooner, or have an idea.

visit the self-diagnostic center at eCureMe.com to find answers.
VitalStar.com has a 7 minute interactive check-up to assess health.
DoctorYourself.com may provide some possible diagnostic help with
their global search engine.
