Try this:

Head to the Martin County property search page here:

http://fl-martin-appraiser.governmax.org/propertymax/rover30.asp?sid=F24E6603E06A4AF0923142AB418797CE

Click on Start your Search

Select the type of search from the options on the left (e.g. "Address")

Search for the property of interest. Information on any recent sales
should be included with the record that is returned.

Is this the sort of public domain information that you had in mind? Let me know.

pafalafa. i clicked on start your search and did it first by many
addresses that i knew was sold in the past few years.. it says "no
records found" the last time i did it ( i dont know if it was the same
website as i clicked on from you) it would give me the price of the
last time the townhouses were sold even if it was sold only once (to
the original owner). i tried by owner, which is me and on all searches
it said "no records found" i am wondering if you could pull up some
information I will give you my name and the address). in any
event....i will try some more on the link you gave me and even if i
have no success i will post the payment to you. i dont see what i am
doing wrong, if anything but let me know......i may not answer you
again tonight but will tomorrow, saturday, april 8. thank you. even if
you looked it up you could just tell me that it worked or didnt
work...

Hello again,

Sorry you're having trouble with the site.

Don't post your name here (it's against the rules!), but you can
certainly go ahead and give me one or two addresses that are of
interest to you. I'll plug them into the system, and see if it
returns any sales information.

Rated:5 out of 5 stars

Fred,

I'm glad you found the information you wanted.

The reason you couldn't rate the answer until now is that I had not
yet posted a formal answer. But now that I have, you are certainly
welcome to add a comment or a rating.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

All the best,

paf
