What is a Wave BioComputer...the results on the web are too abstract,
and too complicated...could you assist in layman's terms?

xarqi-ga is right I am afraid. This did not and could not appear in
'peer-reviewed' journals. It has a better level of jargon then most
pseudoscience but it is not worth of anybodys time. It quotes some
'real'
papers, like EPR and FUP - but it does make sense - and translating into
laymans term would not change that.
