Hello allium-ga,
This was a very tough search. There are very few options for chemistry
classes online that meet all your requirements. I was able to locate
two that seem to meet all your criteria, including the requirement for
a self-paced and open entry programs. I was able to find some
additional online programs that might suit you but they are only
available on the regular academic calendar schedule of each
institution. I trust that you will find something suitable from the
links below.
Best wishes for your continued academic success.

***** This consortium offers classes that might meet your needs.
Unfortunately, they?re not self-paced or open enrollment. You must
follow the academic schedule which is on the quarter system. It?s too
late to enroll in the Spring quarter but there are a couple of
chemistry classes scheduled for the Summer quarter that might be
suitable.
