Few months ago I found an "Ask a Doctor" type site that provided
online diagnosis of skin conditions and private onlone health advice
from professionals. It was a service where a person could submit their
health question or for example a photo of their skin condition, pay
few dollars and have an answer from a qualified professional.

The service was very similar to online-ambulance.com , but the
difference was that it cost only about $19 for a question until the
customer is satisfied.
But online-ambulance.com costs about $30 and only one question is
allowed one time. So it's not as good deal as the other site I found
few months ago.
I lost the link to the site and don't remeber the name. I need help finding it, 
there are some similar sites out there but the one I'm looking for
charged only $19 or less for advice/online dignosis until
satisfaction.
