Need a program that will allow printing the descriptions related to
digital images as well as the photos.  (.tiff files).

You can use various image editing programs to print out *.tiff files.
I would recommend using Adobe Photoshop 8.0 or whatever version you
can get your hands on. I am not aware of something that will print out
file descriptions, but an easy copy+paste into Notepad or other word
proccesor could solve that.

well I recommend that you use IRFANVIEW, a freeware that supports many
image formats.
