hi,i am trying to research an condo in the florida area, preferably in
Gulfport Fl (near Tampa).
I'm doing this "research" for Ithaca, NY.
I don't know where to start. my mom has a lead on a condo in
Gulfport.. going for $73,000, homeownvers $240.00 month(seems high!).
I want to help her with this. she is intersted and need to place a bid
soon. she has seen the place, it is decent.
