The leading coffee-house franchises in North America are Starbucks (in
the U.S. and Canada) and Tim Horton's (in Canada).   What are the
average franchise-plus-startup costs to open a Starbucks or Tim
Horton's franchise...and...what is the range of their suggested or
usual, "average" net profitability of both of those franchises?
