I was left this painting/sketch among other items by my grandmother.
It's fairly large in size, but I need to know HOW MUCH to sell it for.
A guesstimate will even work for me, I just need a ballpark figure.

It is approx. 4.5ft x 3ft in size.

This is just a guess, but the work looks like a very common kind of
painting made for tourist consumption--a nicer keepsake from a trip.
As such it's only worth as much as the buyer  thinks! They have to
like it. Which of course is what art is all about. It is probably
(probably) not a collectible artist. Certainly by 1960 this kind of
art was almost a century behind any cutting edge trends that tend to
make art notable.
