What are the hottest and newest trends in outsourcing? Clearly, the
debate as to whether offshoring will continue or not is over. The
savings are impossible to ignore.

Having said that, I'd like you to focus on answering the question of
"what's next?" Will creative work (i.e. innovation, design) remain in
the U.S. or can it be outsourced? For example, one trend is that
Canada is playing an increasingly important role in outsourcing.
Another is that businesses are following a "hybrid" model where the
client and the vendor are more integrated.

I would prefer as many full-text sources as possible, and from
different perspectives, i.e. not just what the U.S. IT industry
thinks, but also what the U.S. media is saying, the Indian media, and
vendors in India (e.g. Wipro.)
