business potential? I am looking at such things as disintermediation,
changing relationships with customers and suppliers, enhancing
tactical effectiveness and gaining competitve advantage through the

Hi Alien,
Thanks for coming back to me so fast.
Newsgroup articles usually worry me, since it is a bit difficult
evaluating the posting "expert". Don't fleece the "good publications",
just tell me what the source is - I'd rather you spent the time
finding more sources than the articles themselves. I can go on from
there - I am an information manager myself, but running out of time
:-) Don't tackle EbscoHost, Emerald and Infotrac - I have access to
those and will do my own digging.
