Hi lauried,

Try this:

With the message open, on the Edit menu, click Edit Message. On the
Format menu, click HTML.

Let me know if that helps.

Best regards,
Rainbow

Sorry, this didn't do anything. Also..I need to change this in one
location so it affects ALL of my e-mails and I wouldn't have to handle
eah one individually.

I do know the answer.

1. Look for menu "Tools"
2. Under "Tools" menu, find a submenu "Options"
3. Click on "Options"
4. It will open a popup window named "Options"- on that window first
tab is "Preferences"
5. On preferences tab, at the top there is a section called "Email"
6. Under "Email" section, locate a Button called "Email Options"
7. Click the button "Email options"
8. It will open another popup window whose title will be "Email Options"
9. In last pop up window look for text box "Read all standard email in plain text"
10. Most likely the text box mentioned in 9 is checked, uncheck it and click "OK"
11 You will return to previous pop-up windows "Options"
12. Click "OK" on Options pop-up windows
13. Now see any email that was all text

If it works great. If not please let me know.
