I need some cheap solution to manipulate with my network bandwidth.
I'll prefer software solution if there is one available becouse i hate
programming switches for bandwidth limit. Ok here is what i need:
I have two PC which share the same internet connection which its in my
main PC which i use as gateway, it works in WinXP and the other pc
(winME) get internet connection from the XP one ( i have set it up
using interner conection sharing wizard) Everything works FINE but if
i watch Internet TV or Listen to some internet Radio, and in the other
PC im downloading something or talking with Spype or simmilar Pc to PC
sofftware, one PC might get more Bandwidth than the other and the
quality gets bad on one of the PC. What i want its solution to share
my ADSL 512 kbps connection to two PC at 256 kbps each. I'm waiting
for your solutions.
Regards
Dacce

From what I remember you can get your ASDL spilt into two 256kbps
lines by your provider.
