How can I find a qualified personal trainer for body building?

My cities in US are in NJ, either Paramus or New Milford or
Hackensack. I would appreciate answer to the theoretical issue of how
one can find a qualified personal trainer in general and only
incidentally in local sources.

IMO you should go to several different gyms in your area and tell them
your shopping... im sure they will be more than willing to help you...
that is unless your looking for private help... in which case youd be
better off going by word of mouth

nationwide including Canada.

You may also go to your local fitness center and ask for a certified
personal trainer.
