www.Thane.com represents a product called Klear Action, which is a
tooth whitening product. The product is actually made by a company
called Activa. I'd like to track down the contact information for
Activa directly.

Dear lashback,

I would like you to read what I found out and then let me know if the
information is useful, so I can finalize the answer:

My research leads me to the conclusion that "Activa", the actual
manufacturer of Klear Action, is a brand name of this company:

Dentovations Inc.
8 Faneuil Hall Marketplace; 3rd Floor
Boston, MA 02109
--
Phone: 617-227-7570
Fax: 617-904-1649
E-Mail: info@dentovations.biz

I think so because of the following facts:

- Denovations Inc. is the owner of the trademark "Activa", relating to
"Tooth whitening system comprised of a tooth whitening solution, an
applicator, and printed instructions for use; non-medicated mouth
rinse"

- Denovations Inc. is the owner of the U.S. Patent No. 6,517,350,
relating to a tooth whitening system that does not need a tray.

- Denovations Inc. applied for and was granted FDA clearance for a
device that delivers "light for bleaching teeth".

- Denovations Inc. manufactures a tooth whitening gel called "Appéra"
that is sold in exactly the same small bottles as Klear Action.

Because of these points, I consider it most likely that Denovations
Inc. is the company behind Activa, who manufacture Klear Action.

If this information proves to be useful for you, please let me know.

Regards,
Scriptor
