My e-mail in Microsoft Outlook just started deleting anything non-text
in my incoming mail. How do I set it back to receiving HTML on all of
my mail?

Under tools>options>security I get a section called secure email.
There are three boxes in it and they are all grayed out and not
accessible. None are checked.

BTW>> On that page there are three sections. 1)secure email
2)security and 3)digital ID. On 2)security there is a place to
customize security settings. It first asks for a zone Internet or
Restricted. Then there is a drop down meun of about 12 settings to
enable, disable or prompt. Some of these are set at disable.

It doesn't delete it. Tools-->Options-->Security. Change automatic
download settings. Untick the 2 higher-level checkboxes.
