Any diet program that has you change from a high protein diet one day
to a high carb the next is showing you a really great way to lose
water weight and not body fat. Watch out for programs that promise
more than 2 pounds weight loss per week, if you lose at a faster rate
you will lose muscle mass and decrease your metabolism. Stick with
programs that have credentialed professionals such as a registered
dietitian or certified trainer that run them. There are a lot of scams
out there!

Good Luck!

The above comment is so true. Real weight loss is truly a slow,
consistent process that requires maintenance to be successful so don't
be taken by 'magic pill' gimmicks. Check out www.GetThatBody.com (I'm
the trainer/nutrition counselor) and contact me via email if you're
interested in something you see and want more info or if you'd like to
consider a more personalized plan.
