What is the most common structure implemented by General Contractor's?
The structure I'm looking for is in the form of a Organizational
Chart. Meaning is the Business Management Model most used by Mid-sized
GC's (mid being $50-100 million per year). If there is is any info
relative to GC and Developer combined entities or corporations let me
know as well? Look forward to your responce. Will this info coming in
the way of a narrative answer or links to the software utilized in
form the chart. This is my first question asked on this service so I
