We are seeking current forecasts, and an explanation of the basis for
the forecasts, for the price of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and NOX emission
allowances from now to the year 2020 for the United States. I have
the EIA report from 2001
(http://www.eia.doe.gov/oiaf/servicerpt/mepp/index.html) but this
appears to be out-dated to us, so we are looking for a more recent
estimate.
