According to the following excerpt dental benefits could be the other
employer sponsored benefit.


"Employees want, and more and more have come to expect, dental
benefits. A 1999 LIMRA International study found that dental coverage
is second only to medical insurance in terms of a desired benefit. Of

When you ask "Top 3" - do you mean based on aggregate spending, based
on total participation? Or some other metric?

Thank you for the clarifying question.  If you did a survey of
benefits offered to employees which 3 benefits would occur most often?

Thank you for your response.  It partially answers my question -
Healthcare and Retirement seem to be #1 and 2 respectively.  I still
need to know what is #3 please.

Thank you for your persistance in helping me with this question.  I
think of Health Care benefit to include medical and dental.  What I am
looking for is what other benefit category (outside of health and
retirement) do companies offer.  If this data is not available please
let me know.

I have not been able to find the third benefit but that does not mean
that it's not available.

Your question is still open and perhaps another researcher will be
able to locate the information you require.
