Researchers are usually reluctant to answer questions that ask for
"all" of anything because it's usually impossible to make sure that
you've found "all". Maybe you should redefine your question and set
some limit to it.

Yes having "all" is really tough since one cannot be sure if he or she
has all in the list.

Would as many as we could find be enough as answer?

Furthermore, when you say hospitals that are "currently microfilming",
then does this mean that hospitals already finished with the microfilm
projects should not be included?
