I want a report on Steven Mathes, MD that will include his surgical
record of success and failure; actions against him; recurrence rate of
his surgical repairs of ventral hernias; and an overall evaluation of
his competence.  By the way, what is a good website for getting such
an evaluation of a medical doctor?

I doubt that anyone will be able to tell you the recurrence rate of
hernias after surgery by a particular physician. This is not likely to
be a matter of public record.
