May I have credit cards if I'm  on a disability?

I take it you mean disability income either through your work or
through social security...
Either way the answer is yes.  Credit cards are happy to lend to
whoever they think they can make money from.  Your credit limit will
be dependant on your income (including disability income) and your
credit history.  If your income is really small then they might only
offer you a $500 limit on the card.
