I recently came across an out-of-print guide book (1998) that I think
would make a terrific website. Naturally the book has "All Rights
Reserved" and "...no part of the book may be reproduced in any
form..." My intent is not to reproduce their data but use their
methodology to gather my own and then produce the website. What are
the legal steps and protections I need to consider to convert this
idea into a web business?
