Dear Dales,
Where did you find the names? Are you sure about the spelling? About
the location in Delaware?

I am asking because an initial search for both names in Delaware
brought no relevant results, and in the case of the second ("Genevva
Industrial Holdings") the word "Genevva" came only as a typo for the
word "Geneva" (a town in Switzerland).

Good Day,Dales-ga.

1. Searching on Cold Creek, Inc via www.alltheweb.com search engine, I
did not find anything on Cold Creek, Inc, but did find a bit on Cold
Creek Compost, Inc. The article at that site starts thus:

"In the spring of 1994, without obtaining or even applying for
permits, (but seemingly with the full knowledge of county government)
Martin Mileck of M&M Feeds began a substantial composting operation on
Guntley Ranch, known as Cold Creek Compost Inc...."

In the article, you will notice that the area in dispute includes the
Cold Creek and the Russian River apparently in the Mendocino County of
Northern California.

If this is the Cold Creek you have in mind, then I can take research
leads from the fact that it is a California operation under M&M Feeds
and associated in some manner with the latters owner, Mr. Mileck.

Therefore, my question to you is whether this seems to be the outfit
for which you need further information?

"Genevva" is in fact a misspelling of "Geneva". Sorry about that.

The Cold Creek Compost company is not the one which I am looking for.

A better statement of my question would be: " These two companies are
alleged to exist and to be registered corporations in Deleware. I am
seeking confirmation of these facts, and, if true, any public details
for these alleged companies."

I share politicalguru-ga's findings regarding Genevva Industrial
Holdings.
Using a dozen search engines and a variety of spellings
(Geneva,Genevva,Genewa), there is absolutely nothing to be found for
this name; perhaps the corporate papers are not yet filed?

Please tell us how you found out about these companies (where you got
your information from). Even though they might not be registered in
Delaware, I have perhaps found another state where they are doing
business (what city/state do you assume they are located in?). What
is the nature of the business that they do--do you have the name of
any associated individuals with either company? What is your reason
for requesting the information--do you plan to invest in either of
these companies?

To: 4keith-ga;

I am in a business deal with individuals who allegedly represent the
named corps. Due diligence requires that I ascertain the veracity of
the representations made to me. The individuals involved are doing
business in NYS, but the corps alleged to exist are alleged to be
registered in DE. The companies are described to me as holding
companies. I would prefer not to indulge any individuals' names at
this time; I am interested in the public information that should, if
the claims made to me are true, exist in DE.

Go to any search engine and enter the terms, in quotation marks,
"Delaware Secretary of State" and you will find her website. Most
state sites have a business/corporation database to search for company
names with, but I couldn't find one for Delaware. A review of the
Delaware website gives some contact numbers to search for business
names, but there is a small fee. Looks like you have no alternative
but to call or write the office directly to have the name
search/company/holding company name searches done for a small fee. You
should also have personal/individual/corporate office name searches
done to possibly come up with other relevant information. If I were
you I would also do some searching in the New York Secretary of State
website database. Looks like yo can't get any farther unless the
individuals you are dealing with are also willing to provide the names
of the holding companies, or if you decide to pay $100-$200 to have a
business background report done by a private investigator.

I found a listing for Geneva Holding in the Ohio Secretary of State
website but it may not be exactly the company you were looking for.
Go look at the listing to see if the registered agent name is familiar
to you.

SINCERELY,
4keith-ga
