I have set up a charity that provides soccer league registration fee
assistance to kids from families on social assistance (welfare).  I
would like to know if there are any provincial or federal programs or
funds that aim to provide assistance to charities that help
financially challenged kids lead a healthy life through sport.

I realize this question might be difficult, but I have had a horrible
time researching this so far.
