Hi, itscaro-ga !
As you are probably aware, "Irresistible" has a comparatively short
shooting schedule of about six weeks, and is due to wrap (finish) at
the end of this month. Most films start with the location shots, in
order to allow time for wet weather and other interruptions, and
finish with the studio shots; so "Irresistible" is likely to be in
studio at this stage of production.
"Inside Film" magazine gives production details at:
http://subscribe.if.com.au/inproduction.html

obsession, turning stalker herself - and makes a discovery more
shocking than her worst fear.

More details of the company can be found at:

"Cascade Films, a Melbourne based production company, is owned by
filmmakers Nadia Tass and David Parker...
Cascade Films also own and operate the Melbourne Film Studio, a
complex including a world standard sound stage and an office block
housing production offices and permanent industry related tenants
ranging from film & TV producers, post production facilities, talent
agents, music producers and casting agents. "
The Melbourne Film Studios are located at 117 Rouse Street Port
Melbourne 3207 Australia, which also houses the Cascade Partners
office.
A phone call to that office ( Tel: +61 3 9646 4022) should be able to
tell you if Susan Sarandon is going to be making any more public
appearances such as the recent one described here:
http://www.heraldsun.news.com.au/footy/common/story_page/0,8033,12687170%255E19763,00.html
"Hollywood couple Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins are officially
Collingwood's newest supporters.
The pair, with sons Miles and Jack, watched the Magpies do battle with
the Western Bulldogs at the MCG yesterday."
Note that she is accompanied by her husband, and does not seem to
appear in public alone. See:

Given the subject of the film (stalking) and Miss. Sarandon's high
profile it is not surprising if security is tight, and her private
address is not available.
However, it is certainly worth your while phoning the production
office to see if they are able to help you.
For your interest a forum post two weeks ago mentioned some of the locations at:

HOLLYWOOD star Susan Sarandon felt quite at home in Williamstown last
week, grabbing a bite to eat in Nelson Place and shopping in the
nearby stores while on a break from filming her latest movie,
Irresistible.
Sarandon and Sam Neill were shooting scenes for the drama on Gem Pier,
in the Commonwealth Reserve opposite Nelson Place, and at the
Williamstown Cemetery."
Good luck.
