I'm trying to find the value of a German coin - 1877 5-Mark Kaiser Wilhelm King of Prussia, C edition. The coin has been set into a ring. |

The value of a coin can vary 10-fold or more depending on its condition, so no one would be able to give you a firm value without seeing it. Also, I rather suspect that having it set into a ring could decrease its value. |

It will also depend on how it has been set into the ring. ie has it been 'fixed' to the ring, soldered. Or is it held in place by a 'claw' |
