Hello,

I am looking for the following answer and since i am offering a
reasonable amount of money i will require exact answers to each
question. Upon a successful trip i will pay an extra $100 tip as well
as leave a 5 star rating.


I live outside the USA and am a non US Citizen but in possession of a
10yr Multi Entry Visa. I want to travel to the USA to register a
Business (inc.) or something equivelent then open a bank account in my
personal name with a linked visa/master debit card (excluding
electronic cards, ie must have exp date and CVV numbers to enable me
to use card online as well as withdraw money at the ATM in my local
country) at the same bank I want to be able to open a bank account in
the new business name I register, with a merchant account for online
transactions as well as instore purchases (so i will need a credit
card machine connecting to their network via the internet). It would
be a advantage to have the company registered to Bradenton Fl. U.S.A.
as this is where my physical address is in the USA as well as my mail
forwarders operate from this address. Furthermore my telephone number
is in the +941 area code too. (this forwards to my normal phone
number).

I need to Know:
1.) What i will need in terms of paperwork, documentation.
2.) Costs of the entire process (a few options)
3.) Names + Phone numbers + Urls of companies who will be able to
assist in the entire process.
4.) I need to leave in the next 7days (ie before 23 April 2005)
5.) My trip must be 10days or less
6.) I must return home with Debit Card, Company Paperwork, Company
letterheads, Company Stamp/Seal, Credit card machine all neccessary
items to accept AMEX, DINERS, VISA, & Mastercard immediately
7.) The bank accounts must be USA based and registered to my address in FL.
8.) The Merchant facility must have reasonable rates 4%, excellent
charge back protection, be able to limit transactions from certain
countries, support multiple currency minimum. USD, CAD, GBP, EURO,
AUSTRALIAN $, NZ $, CWF, ZAR.
9.) The merchant must or via additional download support OSCommerce.

The company sells electronics and has tracking numbers for all
deliveries and this will need to be sufficient to avoid chargebacks.


I will clarify all answers and require a good answer in this matter.
