Hi,

I would like to find a small application which would allow me to track
locations we lease.

Every contract has its notice terms, so if we would like to get out of
it, I would need to escalate internally to get a decision and a notice
out to the owner of our intentions.  So, I would like this application
to track what we lease, set a date per property to notify me in enough
time to address the internal process and be ready by the time I need
to take action.
