What will be the impact of creative work in the U.S. from the
outsourcing phenomenon? i.e. How will innovation, research,
entrepreneurship,  original ideas, etc. be affected by offshoring? Are
there current examples of
this already occurring?

Secondly, please recommend a clip or a few scenes (approx 15-20m) from
a major motion picture currently available on DVD that depict
outsourcing or the impact of creative work on outsourcing? I don't
need exact scene numbers, but an approximation would be appreciation.
The only remote example that comes to mind is "Office Space."
