I need to find a free online source that lists the
(1) population (2) average income (3) GDP or GNP
for every US state(alaska, Arkansas,...Wyoming)
for 1984, 1983, 1964, 1963, 1944, 1943, 1924,1923,
1904, 1903,1884, 1883, 1864, 1863,1844, 1843, 1824 and other years

For all those odd years, especially in the 19th century, you will not
get average income or gross state product - the data were not
collected until relatively recently - and you will only get
interpolated estimates of state population, since the census is
conducted every decade.

For a start on these you can of course start with
http://www.census.gov
