How do I set my folder settings so that every time I open a folder it
will be in details Mode? You Know like Under View then details.This is
for windows XP.

Hi philr818,

To set all your folders to your favorite view style, follow the steps below:

1. Go into any folder and set it up the way you like (thumbnails,
tiles, icons, list or details).

2. In the same folder, select Tools > Folder Options. 

3. In Folder Options, click on the View tab .

4. Click on Apply to All Folders button 

5. Click OK to complete action.


Now all your folders should be displayed in the mode you desire.
