Hi, Would you please compare the following, focus on quality and substance, not price: 1. Dr Sears OmegaRx Fish Oil, 1000 mg, 120 capsules http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0002T6576/sr=1-16/qid=1113640451/ref=sr_1_16/002-7773294-8307234?%5Fencoding=UTF8&n=10728501&s=hpc&v=glance 2. Zone Perfect Omega 3, 1000mg Capsules http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=38851&catid=2652&trx=19983 Thank you. -Mao |

I'd buy Zone Perfect Omega 3 because: -They contain a high amount of vitamin E. -Daily dosage is 4 capsules (thus not much cheaper than the other, more concentrated brand), so you get a larger amount of other beneficial fats, not just EPA and DHA. |

Mao, My rheumatologist recommended Omega 8060, from Neptune Health: http://www.neptunehealth.com/highcon.asp Comparing the quality of one brand with another is difficult, since the FDA does not maintain tight regulation of this type of supplement. |

Hello Pink, Appreciate the feedback, I sure I'm asking a difficult question to show an authenticated answer to, but what I need is an intelligent personal conclusion from the information that is available and I do not expect it to be more than that. :-) -Mao |
