individually in Australia in 2004 and 2005 till current.

Provide brand name (Armani,CK,Burberry,Hugo Boss, etc...) , model name
(CK One,Armani Black,Burberry Brit,Cool Water, etc...) , quantity sold
and average price per item.

Please supply top 40 for men & women per state (Victoria, New South
Wales, etc...) and overall country (Australia). Concentrate answers on
metropolitan areas such as Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane,
Perth, Adelaide, etc...
