I have been trying everywhere to locate the Khmer translation of the following: 

"May your enemies run far away from you. 
If you acquire riches, may they remain yours always. 
Your beauty will be that of Apsara. (a celestial dancer from Khmer mythology) 
Wherever you may go, many will attend, serve and protect you,
surrounding you on all sides."

This is the english translation of the Khmer tattoo that Angelina
Jolie has. I want to duplicate this on my shoulder but the pictures I
found on the web are not clear enough for the tattooist to copy.

The tattoo appears to be in an ancient script, language of the monks,
unless you want to convert it to the modern Khmer language, and have a
scanned photo of it, I can gladly do it for you, but there will be a
difference in the characters (take note, it is two different
languages, modren khmer compared to ancient ankgorian script)

sorry, i can't - the language of the angkorian times were
lost/modified by many reasons (regional dialects/thai invasions/khmer
rouge etc.) - only a few families passed on the reading of the
writing....but now modren khmer has become dominant - kind of like
shakespearean english vs modern english

Ok, given that, is there anyway that we can enlarge and sharpen the
picture of the tattoo from Angelina's shoulder? I just need to be able
to provide a sharp accurate resemblance of this tattoo so the
tattooist can copy.

you could enlarge the picture here; but the far right column will be a
little fuzzy :S from what i can see, the top and bottom characters on
each of the columns is just a pattern (the squiggle and the three
pointed star)
