Two part question:

I need a list (make/model) of every Palm OS device and Pocket PC
device that meets the following minimum requirements:

1. Palm OS - Palm OS 4.0+, Color Screen (please also mark the ones
that only have 160x160 resolution)
2. Pocket PC - Windows Mobile 4.2+

I am refering to Windows CE 4.2+
So this would include most, but not all, of the Pocket PC 2003 devices.

I believe I have this info for you, but I need a little clarification
on the Pocket PC requirement. Windows Mobile 4.2+, are you referring
to Windows CE version number here? Are you look for devices with
Pocket PC 2000, 2002, 2003 or smartphone devices?
