I am looking for a definitive resource (hopefully free or inexpensive)
that can provide the following food service industry statistics: food
cost by segment, labor costs by segment, spanish speaking employees by
segment, inventory theft/shrink/waste by industry segment, average
check by segment, average customer transaction time by segment, type
of payment methods by industry segment. Segments would be quick
service, fine dining fast casual, and institutional as well as any
others. My company sells point of sale software hardware solutions and
