What are the current and project (up to 5 years out would be great)
usership and revenues from paid/for-fee email services such as Yahoo!
MailPlus, Hotmail Plus, Fastmail and .Mac?

From their front page, I know that mac.com has over 500,000 users
paying around $100/year. Yahoo's 10-K mentions "Fees revenue consists
of revenues generated from a variety of consumer and business
fee-based services, including internet broadband and dial-up services,
premium mail, music and personals offerings as well as services for
small businesses" but does not break out email specifically.

Seems to me that this would be a well kept secret, but I would be
interested in knowing as well.

Yes,sounds like protected data, but I'm not sure of that. For yahoo
try going to this link:

http://yhoo.client.shareholder.com/annual.cfm
then to General Information -> request information.
maybe you will get lucky and they will give it to you.

Or get annual reports from a company, some of that information may be
available from there. Many websites offer free reports, or
comprehensive ones for about $60
