Question ID: 510583
Some years ago I purchased some Canadian Gold Stock. The issuing
company was Northern Eagle, and was later bought by Bentley Resources.
 I need two things:

1. The current owner of Northern Eagle/Bentley Resources (it may still be
Bentley Resources, but I do not know that) and address.
2. Market where this stock could be sold.

Please don't hesitate to inquire for clarification or if price is too
low please advise.

Bentley Resources Ltd. is listed on the OTC Bulletin Board.
Unfortunately, the stock price is listed as 1 ten thousand of a cent.
See the following page for details:

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/Info_Center.asp
Then enter the symbol: BNLY

To be clear, this is the over the counter market in the US. This is
where unlisted US equities are traded. Of course, since they are
unlisted they are of lower quality and much lower volume. It appears
to me that this stock barely, if ever trades. Looking at the filings
section, we see that the company has not filed any documents with
authorities recently.

I suggest you look at the five year graph. Here we do see some activity...

Do you have the original share certificate? If so, I would call the
transfer agent (as named on the cert) and ask them about the company.
They will likely forward you to the transfer agent for Bentley. Ask
to speak the client service rep for the company and ask for any
details or contact information they can give you for this company.
Perhaps suggest you are a large investor in the company.

The two main transfer agents in Canada are Computershare and CIBC Mellon.

Hope that helps.

Thank you Devin, I appreciate your answering my question so quickly.
I had suspected the stock was worthless and now I know for sure. I
think I'll frame it with some text "don't ever do this again!".
