I am looking for a gary larsen "far side" that must have been from
about the early 1990s.  It depicts a guy in the foreground working in
the Hell scenery that Larsen is most famous for.  In the scene, the
guy is whistling while he works and carting around a wheelbarrow, and
otherwise looking pretty cheerful.  Meanwhile, the two demon overlords
in the background say something like "You know, we're just not getting
through to that guy!"

I would like to know where I can find that, and also whether or not it
is available online anywhere.  Thank you.

I located one black-and-white version of the cartoon (linked in my
clarification request, above) by using Google Images:

Once I had a copy of the cartoon, I did a Google search for the text
of the caption, which led me to sites that had the two color versions
and the second black-and-white version:
