Looking for a motion sensing SMS text messaging Alarm system that
includes fire alarm that will send my mobile phone text message via
SMS.

It cannot use:
My computer
VOIP
home phone line

It cannot connect to my cell phone.  It must have its own transmitter.

It must cost under $500 dollars.

mobiclick does not include fire.

This way I can do without a home phone ($40) and I can do 
without VOIP ($20) and I can do without the electricity 
bill for leaving my computer on all the time.
