Looking for web based claims management software. Our company provides
warranty services to ecommerce merchants and simply need a web based,
php or perl based software to record claims, keep track of the process
and finalize claims in addition to any reporting capabilities.
Something simple would be great where our people could log in and
process the claims, in addition to update clients on the process.
Clients wouldn't need to login. Don?t want an ASP solution, something
MySQL or MSSQL based. Pricing would be appreciated.
