We are looking for a high end CRM Solution, Customer Relationship
Management Software. Have looked at hundreds and while I know that
none are perfect, none seem to come close to good. We have considered
Microsoft CRM but no go. We need something that would include a
knowledge based, invoicing, is web based and is based on MySQL or
MSSQL. The small things count, for example, this would be used for 10K
clients so a drop down customer list wouldn?t work. Email injection is
important, case management and department management. We do not need a
sales component but invoicing is very important. Not even considering
an ASP (Outsourced) solution. One final note, because we would need to
make many changes to the software to incorporate with our
organization, source code is a must. PHP or PERL preferred. |
