My husband is a US citizen and has applied for an I130 immigrant visa
Feburary 2002. We recieved an approval in August 18th 2004. We have
submitted all the required papers and payed all the fees so far but we
are still waiting (it's been 3years now, living apart).

My husband lives & works in USA and has been comming & going every 4
months for the past 2 years. I have applied for a visit
visa(nonimmigrant visa) on Dec 8th 2003 to spend my holidays with him
but it was refused based on the reasons that since he lives there,
that was strong evidence I shall not be coming back!

However this is not true, I am working at the University of Sharjah as
a English language lab assistant and have been living in the UAE for
the past 6 years of my life with the rest of my family. I'm also the
legal sponsor of my mother, sister and brother here in the UAE. Both
my brother and sister are students at UAE schools for which I pay
their fees. I have an account with HSBC bank and a car financed by the
bank. We have a one year old son, who already has an American
passport (because of his father). All I want is to be able to visit my
husband during my holidays and be able to spend some time with him and
come back to my life here in the UAE. I love UAE very much, the
environment is just right, its also a very calm and peaceful country
and I have my family here. I make an easy living and have no
intentions of leaving yet

My question is: Is there a way I can visit my husband this comming
June if my immigrant visa is still not ready by then? If so how? What
other evidence should I provide to prove I do not intend to immigrate?

My annual leave is 35 days due June 2005 and I would like to know ASAP
if there is a possibility for me to travel to him, as it will be more
than 6 months since we have last been together as a family.

Thank you in advance
