Hi, I need an estimate of the cost to an organization of allowing
employees to use instant messaging systems which are not logged or
archived.  Possible angles to get at this might be the cost to comply
with an SEC order to archive these messages, or the cost of a
violation, etc.  I do *not* want data on the cost of adding security
to IM -- I am specifically looking for info on archiving/logging.
